Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled MIG/TIG Welder to join our fabrication team. This role involves welding and assembling components for our defense systems, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards.​

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform MIG and TIG welding on various metals, including aluminum and stainless steel.

  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.

  • Assemble and fabricate components according to specifications.

  • Inspect welds for accuracy and quality, making necessary adjustments.

  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to safety protocols.​

Minimum Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; welding certification preferred.

  • 2+ years of experience in MIG and TIG welding.

  • Proficiency in reading technical drawings and blueprints.

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

  • U.S. Citizenship required for ITAR compliance.​

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in defense or aerospace manufacturing.

  • Knowledge of welding standards and codes.

  • Ability to operate various fabrication equipment and tools.

  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.​
