Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to oversee and optimize our supply chain operations. This role involves managing procurement, logistics, inventory, and vendor relationships to ensure efficient and compliant supply chain processes supporting our defense manufacturing projects.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with company objectives.
Manage procurement activities, including sourcing and negotiating with suppliers.
Oversee inventory management to ensure optimal stock levels.
Coordinate logistics and distribution to meet project timelines.
Ensure compliance with ITAR regulations and other relevant standards.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field.
5+ years of experience in supply chain management or a related role.
Strong knowledge of procurement, logistics, and inventory management.
Proficiency with supply chain software and tools.
U.S. Citizenship required for ITAR compliance.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in defense or aerospace manufacturing.
Certifications such as CSCP or CPIM.
Familiarity with ERP systems and data analytics.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
