Position Summary
We are seeking a meticulous Quality Assurance Inspector to ensure our products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. This role involves inspecting materials and finished products, identifying defects, and collaborating with the production team to implement improvements.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct inspections of incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products.
Identify and document defects, deviations, and non-conformities.
Collaborate with production and engineering teams to address quality issues.
Maintain accurate records of inspections and test results.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.
2+ years of experience in quality assurance or inspection roles.
Familiarity with inspection tools and measurement instruments.
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
U.S. Citizenship required for ITAR compliance.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in defense or aerospace manufacturing.
Knowledge of ISO 9001 or AS9100 quality standards.
Proficiency in reading technical drawings and specifications.
