Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Proposal & Grant Writer to lead the development of compelling proposals and grant applications. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to secure funding and contracts that support our defense manufacturing projects.​

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify funding opportunities aligned with company objectives.

  • Develop and write proposals and grant applications for government and private sector opportunities.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary information and ensure proposal compliance.

  • Maintain a calendar of submission deadlines and manage the proposal process from initiation to submission.

  • Ensure compliance with ITAR regulations and other relevant standards.​

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Business, or related field.

  • 3+ years of experience in proposal and grant writing.

  • Strong understanding of government contracting and funding processes.

  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.

  • U.S. Citizenship required for ITAR compliance.​Glassdoor

  • Familiarity with federal grant databases and submission portals.
