Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee and optimize our manufacturing operations. This role involves managing production schedules, ensuring quality standards, and leading a team to meet the demands of our defense manufacturing projects.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement production schedules to meet project deadlines.
Manage and supervise production staff, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
Coordinate with engineering and procurement teams to ensure material availability.
Monitor production processes and implement improvements for efficiency.
Ensure compliance with ITAR regulations and other relevant standards.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
5+ years of experience in a production management role.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Proficiency with production management software and tools.
U.S. Citizenship required for ITAR compliance.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in defense or aerospace manufacturing.
Lean manufacturing or Six Sigma certification.
Familiarity with ERP systems.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
