Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Military Advisor to provide strategic guidance and expertise on defense operations and tactics. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure our products and services meet the operational needs of military clients.
Key Responsibilities
Advise on military strategies, tactics, and operational requirements.
Collaborate with engineering and product teams to align offerings with military needs.
Provide insights on defense policies, procedures, and best practices.
Assist in training and development programs for military clients.
Ensure compliance with ITAR regulations and other relevant standards.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Military Science, Strategic Studies, or related field.
5+ years of military experience in a leadership or advisory role.
Strong understanding of defense operations and tactics.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
U.S. Citizenship required for ITAR compliance.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in defense manufacturing or consulting.
Advanced degree or military education (e.g., Command and General Staff College).
Familiarity with defense acquisition processes.
Proficiency in strategic planning and analysis.
