Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead and optimize our marketing strategies. This role involves developing and executing marketing plans, managing brand positioning, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support our defense manufacturing projects.​

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.

  • Manage brand positioning and ensure consistency across all marketing channels.

  • Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and digital content.

  • Collaborate with sales and product teams to support business development efforts.

  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform marketing decisions.

  • Ensure compliance with ITAR regulations and other relevant standards.​

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing roles, preferably in defense or manufacturing industries.

  • Strong knowledge of marketing principles and strategies.

  • Excellent communication and project management skills.

  • U.S. Citizenship required for ITAR compliance.​

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in defense or aerospace manufacturing.

  • Proficiency with marketing software and tools.

  • Familiarity with digital marketing and social media platforms.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.​
