Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to oversee and optimize our HR operations. This role involves managing recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and organizational development to support our defense manufacturing projects.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company objectives.
Manage the recruitment and onboarding process.
Oversee employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws.
Collaborate with leadership to support organizational development and change management.
Ensure compliance with ITAR regulations and other relevant standards.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
5+ years of experience in HR management roles.
Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
U.S. Citizenship required for ITAR compliance.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in defense or aerospace manufacturing.
HR certifications such as SHRM-CP or PHR.
Proficiency with HRIS systems and data analytics.
Strong leadership and strategic planning abilities.
