Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Finance Controller to oversee and optimize our financial operations. This role involves managing accounting functions, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and providing strategic financial guidance to support our defense manufacturing projects.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with company objectives.
Manage accounting operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Ensure compliance with ITAR regulations and other relevant financial standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial planning and analysis.
Monitor financial performance and implement improvements for efficiency.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
10+ years of experience in financial management or a related role.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
Proficiency with financial software and tools.
U.S. Citizenship required for ITAR compliance.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in defense or aerospace manufacturing.
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation.
Familiarity with ERP systems and financial analytics.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
