Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Contract & Compliance Manager to oversee and optimize our contract management and compliance operations. This role involves ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements, managing contract negotiations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support our defense manufacturing projects.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement contract management strategies aligned with company objectives.
Ensure compliance with ITAR regulations and other relevant standards.
Manage contract negotiations, renewals, and terminations.
Collaborate with legal, procurement, and engineering teams to support contract-related activities.
Monitor and report on compliance metrics and risks.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, or related field.
5+ years of experience in contract management and compliance roles.
Strong knowledge of defense industry regulations and standards.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
U.S. Citizenship required for ITAR compliance.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in defense or aerospace manufacturing.
Certifications such as CPCM or CCEP.
Familiarity with ERP systems and contract management software.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
